Language Arts & Virginia Studies

Jamestown fort projects are due Friday, September 29th. Please let me know if you have any questions concerning the requirements!

Students that have performed consistently well on spelling tests will be moved up to 5th-grade spelling words this week. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

*Students should be bringing their study folders home with them each night (the folder used for LA and VA Studies). Homework will be on a weekly basis. Study folders will include a Reading Homework sheet, vocabulary/spelling, and VA Studies study guides. If you don't see it, that should be a red flag. Homework will be due on Fridays. If it is not turned it, it will result in a 0 for the week.

***If your child misplaces any study materials or homework (Reading homework sheet, VA Studies study guides, spelling/vocabulary word lists, study calendar), these can all be found in PDF or Word format under my Useful Links page to print.
